How do I book my holiday?
A. Call the number above and our operators will assist you with finding and booking your preferred dates and home. We can also arrange transfers and book your hire car and any activities such as boat trips at the same time.

How do I Pay?
You can pay by credit card, cash, eurocheque or bank transfer.

How do I get from the airport to my holiday home?
We will transfer you using our own air conditioned transport to either your holiday home or local car hire company.

How do I collect my house keys?
We will inform you of where you can collect prior to your departure.

Are there any extras to pay for?
No, unless you need any additional items which we can arrange for you.

On the day of arrival, when can I actually get into my holiday home?
Normally at 4pm but before if available.

What happens if something is broken or damaged in my holiday home during my stay?
It will be deducted from you security deposit.

What is included in a welcome pack?
Your welcome pack list includes, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, juice etc.

Can you book activities and transport for me once I have arrived?
Yes subject to availability.

What happens if there is a medical emergency during my stay?

What time do I have to leave my house on the day I am I due to leave?
Usually by 10am unless otherwise agreed.
